SMS campaign setup

Text gets read in minutes. That is why it works for reminders and short offers, and why it fails when it is treated like email.

What text is good for

Reminders, confirmations, short time-sensitive offers, and asking for a review while the job is fresh. Messages that are worth interrupting somebody for.

What it is not good for is newsletters. A long message about company news gets skimmed or ignored, and it burns the attention that makes text work in the first place.

Setting it up properly

The number is registered, the opt-in language is written into the forms and the booking flow, and the automated replies are drafted before anything sends. Every message carries a way to stop, and stopping works immediately.

We test to our own numbers first, then send to a small segment before anything goes to a full list, because a mistake by text is louder than one by email.

What it runs alongside

Text sits inside the same CRM as the calls, forms and reminders, so a customer's history is in one place and nobody gets the same message twice.

What it costs and next step

SMS campaigns are quoted per business, because the cost depends on the list size and how often you want to send. Message and carrier fees are separate and passed through at cost. Call 407-901-3113 and we will scope it.

What the first campaign looks like

Most businesses start with two messages: a reminder before a seasonal service and a short offer when the diary has gaps. Both are the kind of message a customer would be pleased to receive, which is the test every text has to pass.

We write them in your voice, keep them short enough to read on a lock screen, and time them for when the offer is actually useful rather than when the schedule says so.

How success is measured

Replies, bookings and opt-outs. Replies and bookings tell you whether the message was worth sending; opt-outs tell you whether you are sending too often. We report all three every month.

Custom pricing

SMS Marketing is run by one small team, with the HighLevel CRM included and no long lock-in. If this is the piece you need, it can be added to the SMS Marketing work on its own.

Common questions

Can I text my existing customer list?

Only the people who agreed to hear from you, and we check that before anything sends. Importing a scraped list is illegal and it destroys the channel.

How often should we send?

Far less often than you think. A monthly message that people find useful beats a weekly one they learn to ignore.
